Springboard Event at SBCC Summit Attracts Global Community of Practice

The Health Communication Capacity Collaborative introduced its Springboard mobile app to a global audience of Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) practitioners at an event at the inaugural Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

A packed banquet hall gathered to learn more about the social platform and the new app that makes posting updates and photos available via mobile.

Participants were enticed by the chance of winning a Samsung Galaxy tablet. The the lucky winners were Summit attendees Simegnew Handebo from Jimma University, Frederick Chitangala and Asres Kebede.

Representatives from Springboard Nigeria and Springboard India were on hand to share their experiences with the platform with those in attendance.
