HC3 is led by the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) in collaboration with Management Sciences for Health, NetHope, Population Services International, Ogilvy PR and Internews.

For HC3, MSH provided field-tested best practice in management and leadership development, blended learning programs and organizational capacity building.

Population Services International

PSI combines its entrepreneurial spirit and social mission to encourage healthy behavior worldwide. Through its social marketing programs in over 60 countries, PSI distributes affordable, accessible, and attractive health products. PSI served as a specialized communication partner on HC3.

Ogilvy Public Relations is a leading, global communications company with more than 80 offices around the world. For nearly three decades, Ogilvy has been at the forefront of social marketing and health communications—advancing health, safety and social issues via innovative marketing and groundbreaking public education.
