Two interactive breakout sessions on “Branding” and “Communication and Networking during the Earthquake” allowed participants to discuss these topics of interest and develop ideas for future Springboard discussions. Springboard is a free, online community for social and behavior change communication professionals.
Nepal is one of the most active country groups on Springboard.
The event concluded with a presentation by Dr. Benjamin Lozare, Director of Training and Capacity Building of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHU-CCP), on the value of networking and the importance of evolving with the changes in the communication landscape.
