In Case You Missed It: HC3’s Top Five Webinars of 2015

It’s that time again; counting down lists and reflecting on the past year. We here at the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative are no exception. In 2015, we’ve hosted 18 webinars in a variety of technical areas—talk about a lot of knowledge sharing!webinar

We’ve wrangled up our top five webinars of 2015. Follow the links for the recordings and presentations:

  1. HC3 Innovation Webinar 8: Digital Storytelling: Our entire HC3 Innovation Webinar series has been wildly popular since it began. The eighth in the series looks at different techniques that digital storytellers use for health communication campaigns.
  2. HC3 Innovation Webinar 9: Health Apps: From wearable, portable light therapy for depression, to the role of mobile tech in the Ebola emergency response, different health apps which are improving health outcomes are highlighted.
  3. Resource Mobilization Webinar Series: The first in a three-part series covers different revenue-generation strategies; the second two webinars are dedicated to writing business plans and proposal and grant development.
  4. HC3 Innovation Webinar 10: Gender Transformative Approaches: With demand increasing more than ever for gender-transformative program components, four organizations share their best practices and innovative approaches for SBCC work.
  5. Urban Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health SBCC I-Kit Webinar: This webinar took attendees through the I-Kit and its many resources.

As 2015 winds down and planning is underway for 2016, we look forward to delivering even more webinars in the New Year. Shortly we’ll be announcing the launch date of the French-language Urban Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health SBCC I-Kit as well as the date of the second webinar in the series promoting innovative approaches to increasing the demand for life-saving underutilized commodities for reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCAH) in recognition of the UN Commission on Life-Saving Commodities for Women’s and Children’s Health’s (UNCoLSC) initiative.
