Deadlines for Student Competition, Auxiliary Events and Exhibit Booths at SBCC Summit Quickly Approaching
We’ll be in Addis Ababa to kick-off the inaugural International SBCC Summit 2016 in four short weeks! Attendee registration closes on January 10th so please register if you haven’t done so.

Auxiliary Events
Auxiliary events are offered to Summit participants to further enhance participation opportunities outside the official conference sessions. The United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) in Addis Ababa offers a variety of rooms to suit the needs of your Hold an event for your organization, community of practice and/or working group. Deadline: January 10
Reserve Exhibit Space
Exhibit space is available on the ground floor of the United Nations Conference Centre for a cost of $400. Booth space is going quickly!

Lion’s Den Health Communication Case Study Student Competition
Prospective applicants were given the opportunity to submit clarifying questions by the deadline outlined in the Call for Proposals. Below, please find answers to the questions submitted by potential applicants by the due date. As indicated in the Call for Proposals, questions and responses are shared with all prospective applicants here. Deadline: January 8
VISA Information
Summit organizers are submitting the request for Ethiopian Immigration clearance as required by the Ethiopian Authorities for conference attendees. This Immigration clearance is required by Summit attendees to apply for visas and is valid for only 30 days. To ensure that Summit attendees have valid clearance beyond the end date of Summit, we will submit the bulk request for Summit attendees on January 12. We require all Summit attendees to fill out THIS FORM with their details to enable us submit the request. Deadline: January 10
