HC3 will convene international experts representing multiple sectors and perspectives to foster a multidisciplinary dialogue on the longstanding challenge of repositioning condoms among youth. The goal of this consultation is to examine the evidence,  and develop recommendations on how best to position condoms for youth in low and middle-income countries. In particular, the consultation will explore the social and emotional factors influencing condom use among youth.

The aim is to generate new questions and recommendations that will guide donors, policy  makers, researchers and program managers.
