Dr Regina Traoré-Série is a native of Cote d’Ivoire (West Africa). From 1999 to 2003, Dr. Traoré-Série was the BCC Senior Program Officer with the regional Santé Familiale et Prévention du SIDA (SFPS) based in Abidjan. In this position, she managed four countries’ SBCC projects: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Togo and Cote d’Ivoire, specifically implementing the GOLD CIRCLE program, the regional SFPS Quality Care Initiative.
Since July 2005, she has served as the HIV/AIDS Resident Advisor for Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs in Cote d’Ivoire. In addition to her management skills, she is an expert in strategic communication, including program design, IEC message and material design and development and SBCC training.
