Caitlin Loehr is a specialist in media and technology for international development, with a particular interest in using these tools for effective social and behavior change communication. Her experience has spanned multiple development sectors, several regions of the world and different types of media and technology. This diverse experience has given Caitlin a unique perspective which she applies to cross-sector learning and sharing. Caitlin is a Fulbright research scholar and completed her MSc in ICT4D from Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to joining the HC3 team at Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, she worked at OneWorld UK and PSI.
