Mr. Kam Oleh has a PhD in Sociology. He is a qualified trainer of trainers and has served as HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator in an international organization in Côte d'Ivoire (Geneva Global).
Oleh has a rich 12-year experience in the evaluation of HIV/AIDS projects for partners such as FHI360, DPS, FBBS, USAID/PEPFAR, UNICEF, IRC, UNFPA, and Care International. He is expert in qualitative and quantitative research and has a good knowledge of gender and the health system, including the fight against HIV/AIDS in Côte d'Ivoire in particular.
